Hûnbunî 8011 Aluminium Lacquered ji bo Caps Bottle: OEM Buyer’s Guide
Pêşkêş
Every branded bottle closure is different: the cap diameter and height, the internal lacquer for the product inside, the external color and printed logo, the liner and even the coil width are set by the closure maker’s tooling.
Hûnbunî 8011 lacquered aluminum for bottle caps is therefore built to a customer specification rather than sold as a single generic strip, so it runs on high-speed presses with low scrap and a compliant food-contact surface.
As an aluminum rolling and coil-coating mill, we produce the lacquered 8011 cap stock—the pre-coated strip that closure factories stamp into ROPP and screw caps—and tailor its alloy, bitrî, pîvok, berî, berhevkirin, color and packaging.
This guide explains what can be customized, how printing and color are handled, the sample-to-production process and how to order.

What Is Custom 8011 Lacquered Cap Stock?
8011 is a non-heat-treatable aluminum alloy (about 0.6–1.0% iron, 0.5-0,9% silicon) strengthened by cold rolling. Cap stock is supplied as a thin, narrow, pre-lacquered coil or strip for the closure press, in two starting forms:
- Bare mill strip that we coat to your specification, or strip we pre-lacquer and deliver ready to stamp.
- Azeb- or double-sided coating, with the food-contact internal lacquer and the colored or print-primed external face.
We are the rolling and coating mill rather than the press that forms every finished cap; we supply the coated strip to closure makers and can align it with common Sacmi-type tooling and cap dimensions, or work with your nominated cap factory.
Crown corks remain tinplate/ECCS and are not part of this aluminum product.
Metal Specifications You Can Customize
| Parametre | Customizable range / vebijarkên |
| Astarê madenî | 8011 (also 8011A, 3105, 1200, 1100 if preferred) |
| Bitrî | H14, H16, H24, H26 (H18/H19 for stiffer or harder caps) |
| Qewîtî | about 0.16–0.23 mm, bi gelemperî 0.17 / 0.20 / 0.22 mm |
| Berî | slit strip about 50–900 mm to the press layout (wider coil on request) |
| Bêhne | thickness about ±0.005 mm; width to agreement |
| Earing / pinholes | earing typically ≤2%; pinholes 0/m² |
| Navik / giraniya kulikê | 76 mm an 152 mm ID; about 38–42 kg per roll or as requested |
Harder tempers hold the rolled thread and tamper band, while slightly softer ones draw more deeply; tensile strength runs roughly 110–155 MPa across H14–H16, with exact values agreed on the mill certificate.
These parameters are not independent and should be fixed together.
Gauge and temper set how the strip feeds and draws, width sets the blanks across the coil and the scrap edge, and earing sets how evenly the cup forms; strip that is correct on thickness but high in earing, or the right width but slightly over-hard, still produces waste or cracked caps.
Agreeing the complete specification up front, with tolerances and the target press, avoids tuning material on the production line.
Custom Internal Lacquer and External Color
- Internal coating selected for the contents: epoxy-phenolic/polyamino for general use, or polyester and water-based systems, with BPA-NI formulations available.
- External face in any custom color matched to a Pantone or supplied standard, as gold, clear or colored baking lacquer, or as a print primer.
- Dry film build about 12–18 μm on the face and 5–8 μm on the back, adjustable to the cap.
Aggressive or carbonated contents, juice and vinegar need an internal lacquer proven for that pH and pressure; hot-fill needs heat resistance.
Coatings pass cross-cut adhesion (sinif 0), 0T bend, MEK rub and, where required, HgCl₂ testing, and are supported by FDA, LFGB, EU 10/2011 û GB 4806 migration and compliance documents, with PVC-free and PFAS-free options.
Çapkirina Custom, Decoration and Branding
The external face can be prepared for the closure maker’s decoration or supplied with custom branding, giştî:
- Side (Offset) and lithographic printing of logos and multi-color artwork, and print-primed strip ready for printing.
- Embossing or debossing of logos, hot-foil stamping, silk-screen and UV printing.
- Tamper-evident perforated bands and, where needed, anti-counterfeit features such as printed QR codes.

Custom Packaging and Private Label
Beyond the metal, we can customize coil ID and roll weight, interleaving or protective film, carton or wooden-case packing, labels and shipping marks, and support private-label requirements.
For buyers supplying finished closures, custom logo, packaging and graphic options are available, with the relevant food or pharmaceutical documentation; pharmaceutical cap material can also be supplied for gamma-sterilizable lids.

From Specification to Sample to Mass Production
- Send the cap dimensions and tooling, alloy û nerm, pîvok, berî, internal lacquer, external color (Pantone) or artwork, liner, core and quantity.
- We produce custom samples (commonly around 7 working days for new colors or prints); existing samples can be sent quickly, with freight collect.
- Run the samples on your press at normal speed and with your contents, then approve a signed pre-production sample as the receiving standard.
- Mass production matches the approved sample in gauge, reng, film weight and surface, with MTC and SGS/BV inspection available and consistent re-supply by lot.
Typical Custom Closures
- ROPP pilfer-proof closures for wine, ruhên, olive oil and water, li 28/30/33/38 mm sizes.
- Aluminum screw caps for beverages and oils, pharmaceutical vial and flip-off seals, and cosmetic or personal-care closures.
- Çap kirin, embossed or tamper-evident branded caps produced from the customized coated strip.
An integrated rolling-and-coating mill also protects continuity of supply: the same gauge and color can be produced and certified lot after lot, which is difficult when strip is bought from changing spot sources.
For reference, finished custom aluminum closures commonly run at a few US cents per piece at volume, but the coated strip and the finished cap are separate products and should not be compared directly; strip cost is driven by ingot plus coating, while the cap adds stamping, liner, decoration and packing.
Pirsên Pir Pir Dipirsin
Q: Can you match our custom color and print our logo?
YEK: Yes—external colors are matched to a Pantone or supplied standard and logos/artwork can be printed, embossed or prepared on a print primer, with custom samples made before bulk.
Q: What can be customized on the cap stock?
YEK: Alloy û nerm, thickness and slit width, internal lacquer and external color, dry film weight, core ID and roll weight, packaging and labels, plus decoration and private-label requirements.
Q: Do you make the finished caps or just the coated strip?
YEK: We roll and coat the 8011 cap-stock strip for closure factories; we can align it to your tooling and work with your nominated cap press, and support private-label finished closures.
Q: Is BPA-NI and food-grade compliance available?
YEK: Erê, BPA-NI internal coatings are offered with FDA, LFGB, EU and GB migration documents; BPA-NI is a formulation claim, so we also provide the polymer details and test reports.
Q: What is the MOQ and sample time?
YEK: Coated strip is generally ordered per ton per specification; custom samples take about 7 working days for new colors/prints, with standard samples available sooner and trial orders negotiable.
Q: Can you supply pharmaceutical or special closures?
YEK: Material for vial seals, flip-off and gamma-sterilizable lids can be supplied with the relevant surface, coating and compliance data, matched to the closure dimensions.
